     AN ACT relating to the safe disposal of hypodermic needles and medical waste.
    Create a new section of KRS Chapter 214 to require the Department for Public Health to establish guidelines for safe disposal of hypodermic syringes, needles, and sharps and provide these guidelines to certain medical facilities and pharmacies.
