     AN ACT relating to elections.
    Amend KRS 118.405 to allow a candidate's name to appear on a voting machine or absentee ballot twice if one or both of the offices sought is a federal office.

     SCS - Delete the original language; amend KRS 118.405 to specify that a candidate may appear on a ballot twice if the candidate is a candidate for any elective office and for President or Vice President of the United States of America.
