     AN ACT relating to special law enforcement officers.
     Amend KRS 15.420 to include special law enforcement officers employed by school districts in the definition of "police officer"; amend KRS 16.220 to make special law enforcement officers employed by school districts eligible for certain Kentucky Office of Homeland Security grants.
