     AN ACT relating to expungement.
    Amend KRS 431.078 to allow expungement of multiple misdemeanors, violations, or traffic infractions.

     HCS/LM - Amend to clarify the point in time from which the five year waiting period runs.
     SCS/LM - Keep original provisions; amend KRS 186.574 to clarify that the $25 fee paid to the AOC by attendees of a traffic school operated by a county attorney is in lieu of court costs and to charge participants a $10 fee payable to the sheriff of the county and a $10 fee for local police.
