     AN ACT relating to cardiopulmonary resuscitation training in schools.
     Create a new section of KRS Chapter 158 requiring high schools to include CPR training in the health education curriculum.

     HCS - Retain original provisions except provide waiver from CPR training for students with disabilities or who are physically unable to perform the skill; clarify that high schools are not required to have an AED on the premises.
