AN ACT relating to physician choice of suboxone administration format, and declaring an emergency.
Create a new section of KRS Chapter 205 to define a term and to require that a managed care organization reimburse equally for all administration methods of suboxone.

SFA (1, J. Denton) - Retain original provisions, except require the MCOs to establish the same access criteria for suboxone instead of equally reimbursing alternative administration methods.
