     AN ACT relating to tax increment financing.
     Amend KRS 154.30-060 to expand the parameters for certain projects in consolidated local governments to qualify as mixed-use projects and to thereby possibly qualify for the state participation program for tax increment financing (TIF) of mixed-use redevelopments.
