AN ACT relating to DNA.
Amend KRS 422.285 and 17.176 to expand the availability of post-conviction DNA testing; amend KRS 524.140 to conform.

SCS/FN - Amend to exclude testing for touch DNA and for persons pleading guilty or entering an Alford plea; include within the class of eligible petitioners all persons under some form of correctional supervision or registration.
