AN ACT relating to diabetes educators.
     Amend KRS 309.325 to amend the definition of licensed diabetes educator and to establish definitions for apprentice diabetes educator and master licensed diabetes educator; create new sections of KRS 309.325 to 309.339 to establish the permit and licensure requirements for apprentice diabetes educators and master licensed diabetes educators; amend KRS 309.327 to establish that permit and licensure requirements are in effect July 1, 2014; amend KRS 309.335 to amend the requirements to be a licensed diabetes educator; and amend KRS 309.328 to conform.
