AN ACT relating to certificates of public convenience and necessity for the provision of transportation services.
     Amend KRS 281.625, to eliminate the ability of a human service transportation broker/provider to protest an application for a certificate of convenience and necessity to operate transportation services where the certificate is limited to the human service transportation service's nonemergency medical transportation program.
