AN ACT relating to urban-county government civil service.
Amend KRS 67A.240 to expand the urban-county government civil service eligible list from 5 applicants to all qualified applicants and allow the appointing authority to promulgate administrative regulations; amend KRS 67A.270 to require appointments to be made from a list of all eligible individuals and remove the limit on the number of times a person can be certified to the same appointing authority for the same or similar position.
