AN ACT relating to crimes and punishments.
Amend KRS 531.355 to criminalize the intentional viewing of child pornography where the viewing is deliberate, purposeful, and voluntary and not accidental or inadvertent.

HCS/LM/CI - Amend to limit the scope of offenses that may trigger an administrative subpoena.
HCA (1/Title, J. Tilley) - Make title amendment.
HFA (1, K. Sinnette) - Amend to clarify that the prohibition against viewing does not apply to the minor, the minor's parents or guardians, and to school administrators investigating violations of this provision.
SFA (1, R. Webb) - Delete provisions relating to prohibited photography and the use of electronic devices to solicit minors for sex; require probable cause for the issuance of an administrative subpoena by the state police; remove attempted violations from the forfeiture provisions.
