AN ACT relating to limitation of actions.
Create a new section of KRS Chapter 426 to provide that actions to recover deficiency judgments resulting from foreclosure proceedings related to a debtor's personal residence must be brought within two years of the foreclosure sale; establish the procedure for determining fair market value of property; amend KRS 413.090 to conform.
