AN ACT relating to the Court of Justice, making an appropriation therefor, and declaring an emergency.
Create a new section of KRS Chapter 27A to require new or updated software utilized by the Administrative Office of the Courts to allow felony cases to be redesignated as misdemeanor cases when the case concludes with no felony conviction.

HCS (2) - Amend to insert a noncodified provision requiring the State Property and Buildings Commission or the Kentucky Asset/Liability Commission to issue any authorized agency bonds on behalf of the judicial branch of the Commonwealth.
