AN ACT relating to child support.
     Create a new section of KRS Chapter 403 to establish conditions for adjusting the presumptive child support award under the child support guidelines table on the basis of a shared parenting order for physical custody of a child; exempt children receiving public assistance; amend KRS 403.212 to establish new amounts in the child support guidelines table and delete the old amounts.
