AN ACT relating to the veterans' program trust fund.
Amend KRS 40.310 to require the Department of Veterans' Affairs to manage the veterans' program trust fund.
HB 149 - AMENDMENTS
HFA (1, T. Pullin) - Retain original provisions of the bill, and amend KRS 40.353 to broaden the eligibility criteria for the Kentucky Medal for Freedom recipients and allow the Department of Veterans Affairs to receive funds from the Veterans' Program Trust Fund to defray the cost of the Kentucky Medal for Freedom.
