     AN ACT relating to mental health records.
     Amend KRS 210.235 to specify additional conditions under which patient records may be disclosed.

     SCS/FN - Retain original provisions except remove provision relating to participation by healthcare providers through electronic means for the purpose of meeting the requirements of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 as one of the items that disclosure of medical information for certain patients may be necessary for; specify how the phrase "individual, private setting" is to be interpreted in informed consent situations.
