AN ACT relating to sheriff's collection fees for volunteer fire department membership charges or subscriber fees.
Amend KRS 75.450 and 273.401 to authorize the sheriff to retain an amount not to exceed 4.25% of the collected volunteer fire department membership charges or subscriber fees.

Dossett) - Amend Section 1 to lower the maximum percentage that sheriff may collect for fire department subscriber fee or membership charges from 4.25% to 1.25%; and amend Section 2 to lower the maximum percentage that sheriff may collect for fire department subscriber fee or membership charges from 4.25% to 1.25%.
