AN ACT relating to judicial sales.
Amend KRS 426.200 and 426.520 to require that in judicially ordered land sales that any appraisals of the land made pursuant to the court ordered sale process be publicly available prior to the sale of the land.

SFA (1, J. Higdon) - Insert provision clarifying that the phrase "courthouse door" as used in the judicial sale statute refers to the building housing the county clerk and the clerk's land records.
