HB 128 (BR 50) - J. Richards, T. Edmonds, K. Hall, M. Rader, S. Westrom
AN ACT relating to bed and breakfast establishments.
Amend KRS 219.011 to define "bed and breakfast establishment," "bed and breakfast home," "bed and breakfast inn," and "farmstay"; amend KRS 247.4015 to include farmstays as farm animal activity sponsors.
HB 128 - AMENDMENTS
HFA (1, J. Richards) - Change definition of "bed and breakfast establishment" to clarify the innkeeper resides on the premises or property adjacent to the premises. HFA (2, J. Richards) - Require that innkeepers reside on or adjacent to the premises of a bed and breakfast establishment during occupancy.
