AN ACT relating to legislative pay and declaring an emergency.
Amend KRS 6.190 and 6.211 to establish that compensation and expenses are awarded to members of the General Assembly only for days during a session when the house to which the member is elected is convened and the member is recorded as being present; EMERGENCY.
