AN ACT relating to livestock.
Amend KRS 217C.030 to define "permitted producer" and "raw milk"; create a new section of KRS Chapter 217C to allow for the sale of raw milk at a farm site.

SCS - Delete original provisions; affirm individuals' rights to enter into shared ownership arrangements for livestock and poultry; affirm individuals' rights to use and consume livestock and poultry products; direct that no state permit is required for shared ownership arrangements for livestock and poultry; set out exceptions.
