AN ACT relating to diabetes educators.
     Amend KRS 309.325 to define "practice of diabetes education"; amend KRS 309.327 to prohibit persons engaging in the practice of diabetes education or holding themselves out to be a diabetes educator without a license; create a new section of KRS 309.325 to 309.339 to establish that the practice of diabetes education without a license shall be a Class A misdemeanor.
