AN ACT relating to redistricting.
Create new sections of KRS Chapter 5 to establish the Legislative Advisory Reapportionment and Redistricting Commission; require the commission to develop proposals for legislative, judicial, and congressional redistricting; require the commission to submit its proposals to the Legislative Research Commission for referral to the interim Joint Committee on State Government; require the General Assembly to consider the commission's proposal as approved by the Interim Joint Committee on State Government.
