AN ACT relating to medical facilities.
     Amend KRS 216B.015 to define "allergy, sinus, and cold management facility", "pain management facility", and amend the definition of "health facility" to include an allergy, sinus, and cold management facility and a pain management facility; create a new section of KRS Chapter 216B to require that all pain management facilities be licensed; provide that all pain management facilities shall have a designated physician who meets established criteria and is responsible for the licensure requirements of the facility; require the Cabinet for Health and Family Services to promulgate administrative regulations related to pain management facilities; create a new section of KRS Chapter 216B to require that all allergy, sinus, and cold management facilities be licensed; provide that all allergy, sinus, and cold management facilities shall have a designated physician who meets established criteria and is responsible for the licensure requirements of the facility; require the Cabinet for Health and Family Services to promulgate administrative regulations related to allergy, sinus, and cold management facilities; amend sections of KRS 304.17A to conform.
