AN ACT relating to incompatible offices.
Amend KRS 61.080 to make membership on a governing body of certain districts, local ethics bodies, and planning units, incompatible offices with other such positions within a county.

HB 68 - AMENDMENTS

HCA (1, B. Yonts) - Amend HB 68 to clarify that upon the effective date, reappointment to an incompatible office shall vacate all other incompatible offices held.
