AN ACT relating to historic properties.
Amend KRS 11.026 to increase the membership of the Historic Properties Advisory Commission from 14 to 18; add the spouses of the Governor and Lieutenant Governor as ex officio members of the commission; amend KRS 42.019 to include education and experience requirements to the position of director of the Division of Historic Properties/state curator; list the responsibilities of the state curator.
