     AN ACT relating to campaign finance.
     Amend KRS 121.150(6) to increase the limit on campaign contributions to school board candidates from $100 for individuals and $200 for organizations to $1,000.


     SCS - Retain original provisions; amend KRS 121.170 to require committees to identify an official contact person and to prohibit permanent committees from identifying a legislative agent or executive agency lobbyist as an official contact person.
