AN ACT changing the classification of the City of Wurtland, in Greenup County.
Reclassify Wurtland in Greenup County, population 1,063, from a city of the sixth class to a city of the fifth class.

SCS - Retain original provisions; add the provision that the City of Sadieville, in Scott County, population 326, be reclassified from a city of the sixth class to a city of the fifth class; add the provision that the City of Midway, in Woodford County, population 1,627, be reclassified from a city of the fifth class to a city of the fourth class. SCA (1/Title, D. Thayer) - Make title amendment.
