Amend KRS 452.400 relating to where a civil action for recovery, partition, or sale of real property. must be brought to make technical correction changing "must' to "shall"; amend KRS 452.405 relating to where a civil action against a public officer for recovery of a fine or forfeiture must be brought to make technical change relating to gender related references.
