AN ACT relating to employee safety.
Create new section of KRS Chapter 281 which sets forth safety requirements for railroad employee contract carriers with regard to the transporting of railroad employees. The bills includes guidelines for railroad employee contract carriers such as driver qualifications, time limits for drivers, drug and alcohol testing for drivers, and vehicle inspections.
