AN ACT proposing an amendment to Sections 42 and 86 of the Constitution of Kentucky relating to legislative compensation.
Propose to amend Section 42 of the Constitution of Kentucky to require that all compensation and benefits for members of the General Assembly be determined by a legislative compensation commission; propose to amend Section 86 of the Constitution of Kentucky to require that compensation for the President of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives be determined by a legislative compensation commission; submit to voters for approval or disapproval; provide language for question to be presented.
