     AN ACT relating to candidates for statewide office and declaring an emergency.
     Create a new section of KRS 121 to prohibit a candidate for statewide office from lending his or her likeness, voice, or name to promotional or informational materials distributed to media that is paid for with state funds; amend KRS 121.990 to provide injunctive relief and a fine of up to $1,000; provide that any current contracts be terminated for convenience or otherwise under KRS 45A; EMERGENCY.
