     AN ACT relating to hazardous waste management.
     Amend KRS 224.46-520 to authorize the Environmental and Public Protection Cabinet to review applications to cease post-closure monitoring of hazardous waste disposal sites at any time during the 30-year post-closure period.


     SCA (1, T. Jensen) - Amend to allow the cabinet to require additional measures after termination of post-closure monitoring and maintenance of a permitted facility.
