AN ACT relating to state employee conflict of interest.
Amend KRS 11A.040 and 45A.340 to allow interim state employees employed by the Department of Parks as craft-making demonstrators to sell craft items to state parks.

SCS - Create a new section of KRS Chapter 148 to allow commissioner to designate interim employees as craftspersons; allow sales only if craft materials are not purchased with state funds.
