HB 79 (BR 416) - S. Baugh, R. Mobley

     AN ACT relating to the master logger program.
     Amend KRS 149.342 to a create temporary master logger designation and require the cabinet to specify requirements; require that when a temporary master logger is used that this be reported.

HB 79 - AMENDMENTS


     HCS - Retain original provisions of bill except to provide that a temporary master logger certification be for four months; amend KRS 149.344 to provide cabinet with authority to remove bad actor designations and to promulgate administrative regulations to establish procedures for removal of bad actor designations.
