SB 242 (BR 1362) - R. Stivers

AN ACT relating to school employees.

SFA (3, G. Williams) - Expand the protection to all school employees.
SFA (4/Title, G. Williams) - Make title amendment.
HFA (1, J. Gooch) - Attach provisions of HB 522 to add a classified employee to the superintendent's screening committee.
HFA (2, D. Butler) - Provide that employees of a local board may report a student for investigation to the director of pupil personnel if an agreement has been entered into with local law enforcement officials; describe the components of procedures to be addressed in the agreement.
