     AN ACT relating to campaign finance.
     Amend KRS 121.015 and 121A.010 to include definition of "independent expenditures committee" and to clarify the definitions of "contribution" and "permanent committee" to conform; amend KRS 121.150 to delete the limit on contributions to political issues committees and to specify that the prohibition against soliciting or accepting contributions after an election does not apply to contributions to an independent expenditures committee; amend KRS 121.175 to limit its application to candidates, slates of candidates, and campaign committees; amend KRS 121.180 to provide reporting requirements for independent expenditures committees and to require slates of candidates for Governor and Lieutenant Governor to require its suppliers of advertising services or material to comply with Kentucky's applicable campaign finance laws amend KRS 121A.050 to conform.


     SFA (1, E. Scorsone) - Add definition of interactive computer services to definitions for campaign finance chapter and amend KRS 121.190 to require identification of person paying for campaign advertising distributed via interactive computer services or other form of general public political advertising.
