     Amend KRS 150.175 to allow Kentucky residents deemed permanently and totally disabled by the U.S. Office of Personnel Management or any retirement system within or without the state to hunt and fish under a senior/disabled license.


     HCA (1, L. Belcher) - Amend KRS 150.175 to allow only individuals deemed disabled by the Kentucky Teachers' Retirement System to hunt and fish in Kentucky under a senior/disabled license.
