      NECESSITY, FUNCTION, AND CONFORMITY: To insure that applicants for registration as agents diligently pursue the disposition of the application.

      Section 1. An application for registration as agent shall be presumed to have been withdrawn if the applicant takes no affirmative action to consummate the registration for a period in excess of ninety (90) days. (SR 330(3)-1; 1 Ky.R. 1094; eff. 6-11-75.)
