      NECESSITY, FUNCTION, AND CONFORMITY: To promote the proper conduct of the consumer loan business and to insure uniformity for purposes of examination by the executive director or his representatives.


      Section 1. (1) When a note has been reduced to judgment, the face of the account ledger or card must show the following:

      (a) Name of court.

      (b) Date of judgment.

      (c) Amount of judgment.

      (d) Court costs.

      (e) Defendant against whom judgment obtained.
