      NECESSITY, FUNCTION, AND CONFORMITY: Hours of attendance for schools of barbering.

      Section 1. No school of barbering shall permit or require students to be in attendance at school more than forty (40) hours in any one (1) week. (KBB:Sch:HR:Reg-2; 1 Ky.R. 730; eff. 5-14-75.)
