      NECESSITY, FUNCTION, AND CONFORMITY: Accredited barber school.

      Section 1. Any school in Kentucky that complies with the rules and administrative regulations set forth herein, in addition to all the Kentucky laws, will upon the certification and approval of this board be deemed an accredited barber school. (KBB:Sch:Acrd-1; 1 Ky.R. 728; eff. 5-14-75.)
