      NECESSITY, FUNCTION, AND CONFORMITY: Public identification for shops and schools.

      Section 1. The main entrance to each barber shop, barber school or barber college shall display a sign indicating that it is a barber shop, barber school or barber college, and the said sign shall be clearly visible at the main entrance of said place. (KBB:Iden-1; 1 Ky.R. 724; eff. 5-14-75.)
