105 KAR 1:370. Kentucky Retirement Systems Personnel Policies.

STATUTORY AUTHORITY: KRS 61.645(9)(d), (g)
NECESSITY, FUNCTION, AND CONFORMITY: KRS 61.645(9)(g) requires the Board of Trustees of Kentucky Retirement Systems to promulgate all administrative regulations necessary or proper in order to carry out the provisions of KRS 61.515 to 61.705, 16.510 to 16.652, and 78.520 to 78.852. KRS 61.645(9)(c) provides that, effective December 1, 2002, all employees of the Kentucky Retirement Systems shall be transferred to a personnel system adopted by the board of trustees. KRS 61.645(9)(d) requires the board of trustees to promulgate administrative regulations to establish a fair, equitable, and comprehensive personnel policy. These policies and procedures are incorporated by reference to comply with the provisions of KRS 61.645(d). This administrative regulation establishes the "Kentucky Retirement Systems Personnel Policies".
Section 1. Incorporation by Reference. (1) The "Kentucky Retirement Systems Personnel Policies", as amended August 17, 2006 and November 16, 2006 is incorporated by reference.
