12 KAR 1:165. Germination standards for vegetable seed.

      STATUTORY AUTHORITY: KRS 250.081

      NECESSITY, FUNCTION, AND CONFORMITY: To prescribe standards for vegetable seed germination. If germination is equal to or above the standard, only the year for which the seed was packed must be shown. If germination is below the standard, the exact germination percentage must be shown.

 

      Section 1. The following standards for the germination of the kinds of vegetable and herb seed listed below are hereby adopted:
