Finance and Administration Cabinet Murray State University Northern Kentucky University University of Kentucky University of Louisville Western Kentucky University Administrative Office of the Courts Commonwealth Office of Technology Quarterly Status Reports - Data Elements Executive Branch Construction Projects KRS 45.793 requires that the Finance and Administration Cabinet and any institution that manages its own capital construction under KRS Chapter 164A shall provide to the committee at its January, April, July, and October regular meetings a status report of any capital project, excluding items of equipment, not yet completed which received line item authorization by the Kentucky General Assembly or was authorized pursuant to KRS 45.760(14). The Capital Projects and Bond Oversight Committee shall prescribe data elements to be included in the quarterly status reports. Court Facilities Construction Projects KRS 26A.168 requires that the Administrative Office of the Courts shall provide to the Capital Projects and Bond Oversight Committee, at the committee's January, April, July, and October regular meetings, a status report of all incomplete court facilities projects.
