AN ACT relating to heating, ventilation, and air conditioning contractors.
     Amend KRS 198B.658 to require the Kentucky Board of Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning Contractors to issue a master heating, ventilation, and air conditioning contractor's license to any person who satisfies the board with proof of experience within the industry equivalent to being principally employed or engaged in the trade for not less than two years as a mechanic under the direction and supervision of a contractor.
