AN ACT relating to underinsured motorist coverage.
Amend KRS 304.39-320 to provide that if more than 2 individual claims are asserted against an underinsured motorist and the multiple claimants agree to a settlement resulting in exhaustion of the bodily injury liability, the underinsured motorist insurer shall be entitled to a credit against total damages only to the extent of the actual amount of such settlement received by the individual claimant sseking to recover underinsured benefits.
