AN ACT relating to the Kentucky Housing Corporation.
Amend KRS 198A.040 to allow the Kentucky Housing Corporation to process mortgage loans and to administer federal or state program contracts, as well as performing other housing-related activities, for entities located inside or outside the boundaries of the Commonwealth.
